Our 2018 Film Festival was

dedicated to our friend and Board Member:

Jay Frantz

Leaving behind a legacy of philanthropy and love of film.

Jay Frantz appeared in scores of films and network television shows, often as a recognized extra, but several times with speaking roles.

He wasn't only a long time insurance broker...He was a world champion in 1969 when the CRS emergency services team went to Cincinnati, Ohio and won against teams from several countries. He had over 1,300 parachute jumps, and was a celebrity sky diver. He ran the JFK several times, and was a perennial volunteer since the 1990s. He volunteered with Medical Ministries International every year (mostly doing eye care, and surgical services to people in need in Honduras, Ecuador, Peru, and elsewhere).

He was a Renaissance Man, a lover of history and the humanities.

He will be dearly missed by us all.
